I love to read and some of what I have "figured out" was because someone paved the road, wrote a good book or article and I happened to stumble across it. I wish there was a comprehensive list of must reads for every human... sort of an instruction manual on how to fine tune your body.... but what works for one person may not work for another....also, some people just prefer to live in the dark. I have categorized the books somewhat and will keep updating and revising as I read and learn more.
